Quotations, Collections and Transactions

Quotations are based on the material, grade, condition and quantity you describe, and on market rates at the time of quotation. If the material presented at collection differs materially from what was described, the quotation may be revised, and you may decline the revised quotation.

Collection is arranged only after you accept a quotation. You are responsible for confirming that you are entitled to sell the material, and for any access arrangements at the pickup location. Regulated materials, including batteries, electronic waste and vehicle-related scrap, are accepted only where applicable UAE requirements allow, and additional documentation may be required.
